TICKET OFFICE COUNTER SALES
The Ulster Rugby Ticket Counter is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm except on a Friday of a home match, when it will close at 4pm. Please note that the Ticket Office does not generally open on a Saturday match day, except in exceptional circumstances. Tickets paid for using a credit or debit card will be subject to a £1.50 charge from 1st April 2010.

Call the Ticket Office on 028 90 493222 (Option 2) (see opening hours above). You can pay by credit card or debit card, but please note that we cannot hold tickets without payment. Tickets paid for using a credit or debit card will be subject to a £1.50 charge and an additional 50p charge is added for postage.
SEASON TICKETS
Season Tickets purchased online will be available from the Ulster Rugby Ticket Office from end July. Supporters will be notified when the tickets are ready for collection. If you have opted for postage, season tickets will be sent out recorded delivery also at the end of July.

Tickets for Ulster Rugby can be purchased online at www.ulsterrugby.com Please note that the ticket prices shown online include a £1.50 administration fee. Postage is charged separately at £1 per transaction. Prior to a match there will be a cut-off date for online orders that are posted (Generally 3 days prior to a game, with the exception of holiday periods or exceptional circumstances). If you book tickets after this time, they will be available for collection at the Ticket Collection Turnstiles at the Onslow Parade entrance to the Ground 1 ½ hours before kick off.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Tickets purchased for Ulster Rugby matches are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should the match be cancelled or postponed, no money will be returned. If the match is re-scheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the new date.
CONCESSIONARY PRICES AND SPECIAL OFFER TICKETS
Where shown, concessionary tickets are available to children 16 years and under and to supporters who are registered disabled. From time to time Ulster Rugby may offer special ticket prices, for example to students, families or groups, relating to a specific match promotion or area of the ground, but these are subject to availability for the specific match and Ulster Rugby reserves the right to withdraw these offers at any time, without notice.
DISABLED FACILITIES
There are a small number of disabled parking spaces available within Ravenhill and Aquinas. For more information contact the Ulster Rugby Ticket Office on 028 90 493222 option 2. Patrons in wheelchairs, who are not able to avail of a parking space, should enter the ground at the main Onslow Parade Gate. Spaces for up to 15 wheelchair users and an accompanying carer are available in the special access area within the Ravenhill Ground.
