The
Ulster Rugby Ticket Counter is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to
5pm
except on a Friday of a home match when it will close at 4pm.
Tickets paid for
using a credit or debit card will be subject to a £1 charge.

You can
pay by credit or debit card but please note that we cannot
hold tickets without
payment. Tickets paid for using a credit or debit card will be subject
to a £1
charge and an additional 50p charge is added for postage.
Tickets
for
Ulster Rugby matches can be purchased online at www.ulsterrugby.com. Please
note that the
ticket price shown online includes a £1
administration fee. Postage is charged
separately at 50p per transaction. Prior to a match there will be a
cut-off
date for online orders that are posted,
if you book tickets after this time
they will be available for collection at the Ticket Collection
Turnstiles at
the Onslow Parade entrance to the Ground
from 1.5 hours before kick-off.
Tickets
purchased
for Ulster Rugby matches are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should the match be cancelled or postponed, no money will be returned.
If the
match is re-scheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the new
date.
Where
shown,
concessionary tickets are available to children under 16 years of age
and the registered disabled. From time to
time Ulster
Rugby
may offer special ticket prices, for example to students, families or
groups, relating to a specific match promotion or area of the ground
but these
are subject to availability for the specific match and Ulster Rugby
reserves
the right to withdraw these offers at any time, without notice.
There
are a
small number of disabled parking spaces available within Ravenhill and
Aquinas
for more information contact the ticket Office on
028 9049 3222. Patrons in
wheelchairs should enter the Ground at the main Onslow Parade Gate. Spaces for up to 15
wheelchair users and
an accompanying carer are available in the viewing gallery
at the Aquinas end of the Ground and this should be reserved in
advance.
The
ticket is free of charge for the registered disabled spectator while
their
carer should purchase a promenade ticket for access.
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in all covered and enclosed areas of the Ground
